1950 Vintage Oahu Iolana Double Neck 6 String Lap Steel Guitar Excellent Condition Made by Valco Supro String Through Pickups like Ry Cooder uses in his Coodercasters One meaning of Iolana in Hawaiian is "to soar like an eagle or hawk", another interpretation is "Exalted Hawk. Butter-cream pearloid covering Black plastic fretboards with sparkling "O A H U" fret markers and musical staff at the octaves Two 6-string necks Two Supro pickups, (string thru pickups) Black plastic pickup covers with G-clef engraved Volume, tone and neck selector switches Unique open-gear Kluson tuners with large backplates (new replacement buttons) Gold hardware OHSC (red lining) SN:V29008 One of my favorite musicians, Lance Harrison plays one.
