1961 National Reso-glass Reso-phonic Guitar in excellent condition; Chrome, paint, logo and all. It has been thoroughly gone through. The Neck is straight and true. The Cone rings true and is original. Ivoroid neck binding is stained rust colored, authentic and naturally aged. This binding was refurbished to a degree of solidity & smoothness that rivals the best of new old stock. The foil serial number is visible inside the treble side soundhole. This guitar just had a neck reset and the frets were also reworked. The action is set to be well suited to bottleneck. This one has very good harmonics; all my friends that have heard it have remarked favorably on it’s beautiful sound. This came without a case & that's how we're offing it. However, we do have good sources for whatever type of case one might like. *Please see our other listings and store for many other Vintage (Lap Steel) Guitars and Amplifiers. We currently have Alamos, Audio Vox, Bronsons, Dickersons, Dobros, English, Epiphones, Fenders, Gibsons, Harmonys, Kays, Maestros, Magnatones, McKinney, Nationals, Oahus, Rickenbachers, Sho Bud, Silvertones, Supertones, Supros, Vegas, and White Lap Steels as well as several others.* *We also accept Cashier's Checks, Personal checks (have to clear) and Bank Transfers.
